Description:

We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team for a new restaurant in Clapham SW4. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that they are of the highest quality and consistency.
The ideal candidate will have appropriate experience in a similar role and be passionate about cooking with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Our kitchen will feature everything prepared on site, including in-house butchery and bakery. While appropriate experience is required, we are willing to provide training to the right candidate who is enthusiastic about learning and developing their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and cooking of dishes in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensuring that dishes meet our high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
  • Working collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen team
  • Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:

  • Appropriate experience in a similar role
  • Passion for cooking with fresh, high-quality ingredients
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

This is a full-time position, 48 hours over 7 shifts a week. We offer a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and exciting new restaurant.
