Description:
Chef de Partie is tasked with leading and supervising the quality and quantity of the food offered, coordinating the production as it relates to the Central Kitchen,
Responsible for timely and efficient preparation of all departmental/section food items according to the specifications, recipes and customer requirement. Monitor product storage, handling and consumption at all stages of production ensuring compliance to production standards and specifications.
o 3+ years of related culinary experience, at restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.

Responsibilities:
· Monitor portion control and waste to optimize costs, actively promoting awareness on waste material usage and efficiency.
· Train and communicate with staff on products, processes, menus, ingredients, and equipment in the operational area regularly.
· Manage resource allocations (material, staff, and equipment) logically and effectively to deliver desired department outputs.
· Propose, define, and implement proactive cost reduction measures, serving as a bridge between seniors and the team for issue/idea cascade and escalation.
· Train and guide the team to schedule and prioritize work, avoiding delays or quality concerns and accommodating reasonable late orders or changes.
· Follow executive or sous chef guidance and contribute to new ways of presentation or dishes.
· Audit food storeroom items to maintain consistent quality products.
· Adhere to and apply all applicable systems and procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Enforce strict health and hygiene standards in the workplace.
