Join our fabulous team in the Connemara Coast Hotel as a Chef De Partie.
The Chef De Partie is an important position working closely with Executive Head Chef and Kitchen Brigade.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a self-starter, with a positive attitude and good communication skills with fluent English.
- Available to work early and late shifts both midweek and weekend.
- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years relative experience in a restaurant, hotel or golf resort.
- Highly organised, strong team player and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- You will report to and take direction from the Executive Head Chef. Your main areas of responsibility will include, but are not confined to:-
- Assisting with managing the production of food to an exceptional standard
- Assisting with the creation of imaginative menus
- Implementing, monitoring and complying with food hygiene and HACCP procedures
- Implementing, monitoring and complying with Health & Safety Procedures
- Ensuring quality control procedures are implemented and adhered to
- Stock rotation, ordering & recording as required
- Assisting with the management and supervision of kitchen brigade, particularly in the absence of the Executive Head Chef.
- Assisting with training of kitchen brigade
- Maintaining regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and personal hygiene
