SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong experience as a Chef de Partie
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (mandatory)
• Full/Unrestricted Drivers licence (mandatory)
• Current Food Safety Certificate (mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to work within a team and autonomously
• Ability to prep and organise ahead
• Current First Aid Certificate (highly desirable)
• Experience with remote work is an advantage

You will be responsible for providing an efficient and cost-effective food service, with the smooth day-to-day operation in our Steakhouse restaurant and a couple of shifts head up the Cantina restaurant, consisting of a rotating roster over breakfast, lunch & dinner, with consistent superior guest focus at the forefront of all activities. You will work with the Head Chef to produce an unforgettable dining experience.
