F1® Arcade is a pioneering experiential hospitality concept and the first official Formula 1® simulator racing experience to put socialising at its core. The immersive, state-of-the-art experience features best-in-class food and drinks alongside racing simulators enabling guests to live the thrill of racing, taking inspiration from the iconic, glamorous world of Formula 1® and set within striking and sophisticated venue design.
Guests can expect outstanding food quality, with a globally inspired menu featuring hero dishes such as ‘Wagyu Beef Burgers,’ ‘Spanish Seabass Ceviche,’ and ‘Wild Miso Mushroom Tacos.’ Among the extensive range of stylish drinks inspired by F1®, there is ‘The Heat Cycle’ and ‘The Grand Chelem Old Fashioned’, alongside Champagne cocktails and an imaginative non-alcoholic menu named ‘Designated Drivers’.
On Grand Prix race weekends, F1® Arcade will host enhanced Watch Party experiences, enhancing the excitement and camaraderie of the Formula 1® atmosphere. Weekly DJs create an unforgettable vibe throughout the venue allowing guests to escape the ordinary and dive into a world of high octane, speed, and pure entertainment.
Each F1® Arcade will boast a stunning feature cocktail bar, dining and a unique setting which features imposing F1®-circuit-inspired ceiling chandeliers and vibrant race telemetry neons across the walls.

What will you do?
You are F1’s first impression to hospitality , bringing your own personality with you while maintaining the highest standards and consistency showing you enjoy what you do.
The F1’s approach to sensational service; you thrive when delivering the best experience possible.
You make your business to be the specialist when it comes to service standards, you are at the forefront of F1 teamwork. You always know where you should be and what you should be doing.
You have an eye for excellence and take action when things aren’t right, aware of the basics you are up to date with all current menus and service standards and specifications.
Manage your time effectively throughout your shift, ensuring all opening/closing duties are carried out.
You know and understand the shifts targets and booking requirements by attending shift briefs.
You have F1 intuition knowing guests needs before they do.
First-class service and teamwork are your priorities; you lead by example following the specifications. Always prepared to ask the right questions and listen to feedback from the team leader when the shift is exceptional or doesn’t go to plan.
Safe fun is always a priority, you will ensure all daily cleaning duties and check lists are completed. Complete your health and safety training to protect you, your team and guests.
If you do make mistakes, admit to them and learn from them. You always ask for help.
If you spot a teammate struggling, you always lend a helping hand, you care.
You make an effort to deeply get to know your fellow F1 team, you are wise beyond your years and know how to get the best out of each other.
You will be asked to attend monthly training sessions and team meetings to support you and your development.
