We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our team at Golden Fleece Hotel, a leading Greek-inspired venue known for its authentic flavours and warming hospitality.

About the role:

  • This is a hands-on role
  • Ensuring all kitchen operations comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • A sound knowledge of Food Safety, Work, Health and Safety
  • Collaborate with our Head Chef and kitchen team to reach the venue’s overarching goals.
  • Foster an all-inclusive and positive workspace and having fun is a must!
  • Proficiency in all areas of kitchen operations or a willingness to learn
  • Assist the head chef in various aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your designated section
  • Monitor food stocks and replenish supplies as needed
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to the established standards
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new dishes and daily specials
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment
  • Foster relationships with front of house staff
