We are an independently owned restaurant in the Historic Downtown Core of Red Deer, focusing on European Cuisine and hospitality. We are looking to expand our award winning kitchen team, and you could be the answer!
You will be working in a primarily scratch kitchen, learning from the Sous Chef and Our Head Chef, Chef Philip Warren to execute our dishes in the highest quality and standard possible, we pour our heart and soul into everything we do, and we expect you to as well!
We are looking for an individual that wants to take the next step in their culinary adventure and career, learn in a scratch kitchen everything from animal butchery, pastry skills, pastas and loads more!

Your duties and requirements are, but not limited to:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes to the high standards we have set.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Order supplies and equipment
- Take instructions from other Chefs in how to execute the items in the way we require
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Maintain and clean kitchen and work areas
- Help Chefs with ordering and inventory
- Keep all food safe and food areas clean for safe food preparation
- Work within the AHS guidelines for safe food
- Work well with our other Chefs and staff

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00-$16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
