Responsibilities:
- Work with the Executive Chef to ensure efficient food production and quality
- Run the sections allocated
- Follow food safety procedures and legislation
- Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality
- Changing menu to match Museum exhibitions
- Work on a 5 days working week between Monday and Sunday
