Description:

Mr. Pickles is on the hunt for a Chef de Partie to join the team. One of our great mates Vinnie and current CDP is leaving us to travel Europe so we’ve got some big boots to fill.
A great opportunity to work with a solid, experienced and professional team.

To be successful in this role you must

  • Have good knife skills
  • Understand the importance of communication
  • Understand the importance of cleaning and cleanliness
  • Understand allergies and the reduction of cross contamination
  • Have the ability to manage a section, hot and cold
  • Want to contribute to our guests experiences by producing consistently well prepared food in a suitable time frame
  • A positive attitude and a drive to be better.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
