QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful, you’ll need to possess:
Certificate III (Pastry)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our pastry department. We are looking for a team player that will be an integral part of the team.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Assisting senior chefs with daily preparations.
• Adhere by HACCP & Food standards.
• Adhering to Crown safety policies and procedures.
