We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie- Pastry to join our family on a full-time basis. This position reports to the Head Chef & Executive Chef.
Working pattern: 5 days per week / Shift work / Monday to Sunday / 5 days per week with 2 days off.
Salary: £28,000 annually + Service charge

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS A STRONG BACKGROUND IN A CULINARY ENVIRONMENT AS A PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE WITH OVER 2 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE. A SKILLED PROFESSIONAL WITH THE ABILITY TO OVERSEE SPECIFIC KITCHEN SECTIONS AND WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF UPHOLDING THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF CULINARY EXCELLENCE AND CONTRIBUTING TO THE OVERALL SUCCESS OF THE DINING EXPERIENCE.

As a Chef de Partie- Pastry you will be:

  • Setting up their own section
  • Being able to assist the senior chef on a daily basis
  • Preparation of desserts for afternoon tea
  • Training junior members of staff
  • Maintaining high health and safety standards
  • General section organisation
  • Section ordering
