We are looking for a Chef de Partie of excellence and experience to join the Town Hall’s growing kitchen team.
You will be a good team player, be able to work under pressure and have the ability to help to produce dishes exceptional of quality for which The Martlet Kitchen is known.

ABOUT US

Rochdale Town Hall re-opened to the public in March 2024 and since that time has welcomed over 60,000 visitors from all over the world.
Rochdale Town Hall’s on-site restaurant -The Martlet Kitchen - opened in September 2024 and has already received rave reviews and made it into the UK’s Good Food Guide.
The Martlet Kitchen prides itself on serving exceptional, locally sourced food served in beautiful, historic surroundings.
We are looking for a passionate, experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team.
As a Chef de Partie, you will deliver a range of recipes with a focus on seasonal and local-first produce. Menus will include both the restaurant and functions menus, including weddings, dinners and festivals, as well as bespoke commissions.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The purpose of the role is to deliver the production of high-quality recipes & dishes, desserts, breads and other baked goods for both the restaurant and our functions and events programme. Within the role you will be required cook & prepare under the direction of the Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
