What does the role involve?
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Working closely with all members of the kitchen brigade, your mission is to maintain high standards and contribute to the development of innovative and delicious dishes.
We’re seeking an experienced Chef de partie with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
As our successful candidate, you will be driven, committed and motivated to consistently create and provide these memorable guest experiences, as well to work on continuous improvement with yourself and your professional development.

Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in a Luxury Lodge environment or similar,
  • Flexibility and reliability to work across a variety of shifts,
  • A desire to learn, develop and continuously improve, and
  • A vehicle and drivers licence (preferred), or other modes of accessibility to the property.
