As a Chef de Partie at Sea Containers London, you will play a key role in our dynamic kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure the seamless operation of your assigned section. You will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to fresh, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standards within your section.
  • Assisting in menu development by bringing creativity and passion to your dishes.
  • Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff, including Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Parties.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring that all ingredients are properly stored and handled.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding service during busy periods.

Salary: £34,924 per annum plus tronc
