For our kitchen team, we are looking for a Chef de Partie for the next season (spring/summer 2025).
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
He/She will work with professionals in the sector, in large teams, with products and raw materials of excellent quality.
He/She reports to Executive Chef
REQUIREMENTS
- Thorough knowledge of cooking styles, equipments and raw materials processing techniques
- Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred
- At least 3 years of previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment
- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally

Responsibilities:
- Maintain safety, health and hygiene standards in all areas of the kitchen.
- Controls incoming goods and stores them in perfect conditions.
- Meal preparation: cooking and preparing food for each service.
- Performs all duties assigned by the Sous Chef and/or Executive Chef.
- Monitors portion and waste control
- Coordinate and monitor all Demi and Commis de partie assigned to him/her
