Job Introduction
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and hardworking Chef de Partie to join a busy team in a brand new site in Central London! This client is a leader in the pharmaceutical field, and is looking to create a unique space for their clients and team.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who:

• Is efficient & enthusiastic – works with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Can work independently or as part of a team
• Is exceptionally well-organized individual, with a keen eye for detail
• Has good food knowledge, and understanding of seasonal/current food trends
• Good understanding of menu costing and how to deliver GP

The ideal candidate will have had experience, either in restaurants / hotels or contract catering corporate business and industry sites.

Package Description

• Chef de Partie
• Monday to Friday
• 8 hour shift between 7am and 10pm
• 40 hours per week
• £16 per hour + Sodexo benefits

Your role will involve:

• Preparing great food with a strong focus on high quality presentation
• Working with fresh and balanced food and ingredients
• Assisting the Head Chef with menu planning and costing, and deputising when appropriate.
• Maintaining high level of safety & hygiene at all times
