THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will play a vital role in crafting exceptional dining experiences for our community. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will oversee your section, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards, using seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques.
• Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Assist with inventory management, stock ordering, and maintaining health and safety standards.
• Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring all dishes meet our exceptional culinary standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations and best practices.

• £12.82 - £13.78 per hour
• 40 hours per week
• 5 out of 7 days (working hours can be flexible)

  Equated pay (sometimes known as spread-over pay) is a method of paying you for your contracted hours, working weeks and holiday pay spread over 12 months instead of just receiving pay during the months that you work and none during the school closures/non-working weeks. This means that you get paid equal amounts of pay every month. Further information will be supplied at interview stage.
