EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

Minimum 2 years experience required.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate flair, creativity and skill in the Kitchen.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills are essential as is the ability to work as part of a team and on one’s own initiative

Pay: €34,000.00 per year

We are seeking a Chef de Partie who

• is highly motivated
• not afraid of hard work
• is a team player
• must be a self starter with a “CAN DO” attitude which will be viewed as a key role to the success of the smooth running of the kitchen operation
• would assist the Head Chef in contributing to the success of the food operation.

This position will suit someone who wishes to advance their career in a quality establishment.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the general guidelines of the Head Chef, ensure the day-to-day operations are carried out in line with departmental and hotel standards in order to provide 100% quality service to guests at all times.
All duties must be carried out in accordance with statutory health & safety requirements.
