We are looking for a Chef de Rang Bar for the next season (spring/summer 2025) to join our bar team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He / she is willing to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
He/She should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills.
He/She reports to Bar Manager

Main duties & responsibilities:

  • Fulfil the Bar operations assisting with service, setup, mise en place and cleaning, according to the Belmond policies, high standards and procedures
  • Monitor all aspects of the guests’ experience, from the bar layout before their arrival to the experience they receive during the service
  • Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate guests’ needs
  • Support all other team members with the service
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with all guests and handle requests and enquiries.

Other requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Italian;
  • Previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment
  • Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
  • HACCP certification
