ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:

Innovating beyond the confines of physical devices to a future where cloud technology connects and enhances the human experience is the core foundation of our Ericsson Cloud Software & Services (BCSS) team. Core network engineering, which is an integral part of BCSS, is expanding in our Montreal R&D unit to further contribute to the evolution of 5G core network more specifically the Exposure products. To support and enable service providers with their transition to cloud native software and automated operations, we are looking for a line manager to join our team.

THE SKILLS YOU BRING:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years leading product development unit using lean and Agile development methodology.
• Experience and knowledge of the Exposure products (CCES, SES or IAM/IDM) and WOW are an asset.
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills
• Coaching, Mentoring Skills and excels in working and interacting with People
• Rich experience on SW Development and familiar with the whole SW and Product life cycle development
• Focus on delivering results and meeting customer expectations
• Negotiating and Influencing skills
• Knowledge on SW development technology and methodology, e.g. Cloud Native, Micro Service, CI/CD, DevOps
• Knowledge of Telecom domain, especially on Core Network solution and Telecom networks
• Formulating Strategies and Concepts

• Lead teams for related E2E products development primarily in the Exposure domain. In this role you will manage agile cross functional teams and individuals covering all phases & activities of software development cycle within a multisite organization setup.
• Be Responsible and Accountable for E2E domain product ownership, ensuring Ericsson technology leadership for the capability, scope, development quality, time, and cost.
• Teach, coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams, and organizations.
• Secure technology leadership and foster an innovative and learning culture as well as Ericsson Core values.
