Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a QA Team Lead, reporting to the Vice President of Research and Development, you will be a key player in the control and continuous improvement of the quality of our products.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Leading the QA team to fulfill project timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Managing quality control processes and reporting findings.
- Perform manual and automated tests to identify, reproduce and document anomalies.
- Design, write and execute in-depth test plans and scenarios in collaboration with the development team.
- Evaluating user documentation for accuracy and usability.
- Addressing customer issues and enhancing software understanding.
- Investigating and resolving technical challenges.
- Providing occasional first-level technical support and communicating critical bugs to R&D leadership
