O2 Commerce is looking for a Product Owner specialized in PIM (Akeneo) to strengthen its team and support our customers in implementing ambitious PIM strategies. As a recognized expert in the Akeneo ecosystem, you will be at the heart of the strategic design of tailored PIM solutions, working closely with our technical teams and our customers.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- PIM strategic consulting expertise (Akeneo): 4-5 years experience in designing complex PIM solutions for various clients in different e-commerce contexts.
- Knowledge of eCommerce practices: Experience in eCommerce with PIM project management for large-scale eCommerce environments. Good understanding of eComm issues and best practices.
- Simultaneous project management skills: Ability to manage, organize, plan and coordinate several projects at once, mainly large-scale, complex projects in an eCommerce context.
- Ability to lead workshops with different customers, and to prepare and summarize the results of these sessions adapted to the audience.
- Skills in analyzing customer data to propose appropriate solutions.
- Interpersonal and communication skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to understand customer realities while building adapted solutions.
- Bilingualism English - French: Bilingualism in speaking and writing is required for this role, as you will be dealing with customers in both French and English.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic PIM consultant for our customers: Gather customer data and analyze customer needs for PIM projects. In collaboration with teams, propose and design solutions adapted to identified needs. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for the technical team in order to recommend appropriate and optimal technical solutions.
- Backlog Management and Technical Planning: Gather and prioritize stakeholder requirements for PIM projects, manage the backlog, define goals, budgets and deadlines. Prepare and prioritize tasks for developers, aligning technical needs with business objectives.
- Multi-Project Coordination: Plan, coordinate and supervise the progress of several PIM projects simultaneously (in collaboration with the project manager). Lead workshops to define requirements, prepare work sessions, and synthesize results to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Primary point of contact: Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and stakeholders. Facilitate communication, resolve ambiguities, coach developers, and ensure clear understanding of technical requirements.
- Capacity Management and Optimization: Manage budget reports, monitor technical resource capacity, and recommend adjustments to optimize project performance. Analyze KPIs related to PIM projects to suggest improvements, and ensure implementation in line with PIM requirements and best practices.
