• Culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
• Experience with Indonesian cuisine is required.
• Experience in managing a kitchen and supervising staff
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
• Well organized and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar role is required.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef at Warung Denmark located in Copenhagen. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, managing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety, and supervising kitchen staff. The Chef will also collaborate with the management team to create and update menus, and maintain inventory and supplies.
