Are you a qualified chef looking for a dynamic and rewarding role in a high-flying environment? SkyPoint is seeking passionate and talented chefs or qualified cooks to join our team, where you can craft creative menu options in a bustling, customer-focused setting.

Located on the 77th floor of the Gold Coast’s Q1 building, SkyPoint Bistro+Bar serves delightful breakfasts and all-day café-style dining, while our events team delivers exceptional experiences for plated dining, cocktail, and canapé events. As a qualified chef, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing diverse and creative menu options in a high-volume setting.
• Work collaboratively with a team to deliver outstanding experiences.
• Maintain a high standard of food safety and hygiene in line with HACCP standards.

This part time (PT20) employment guarantees a minimum of 20 hours per week over a cyclic roster. It is a condition of PT20 employment that you must be available to work a minimum of 5 days within a 7-day work cycle, inclusive of weekends. As a part time team member, you will accrue leave entitlements on a pro-rata basis. Part time team members are also given priority to rostered hours. Good availability and flexibility with working hours are essential. Shifts will vary ranging from early mornings, afternoons, late nights, weekends, and Public Holidays.
