Description:

Preparing and cooking exceptional dishes every time, food is your passion and you excel in plate presentation every time. We have a Sous Chef role and 2 Chef de Partie roles available. You, will need the relevant experience and qualifications for the role, for Sous Chef, at least 3 years relevant experience, you will assist the Head Chef lead the kitchen team.

For CDP ideally 2 to 3 years or level 4 qualification. As Sous or CDP you will;

  • Prepare and monitor the quality of your dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation in your section
  • Discuss food preparation issues with your Head Chef and FOH Managers
  • Prepare and cook exceptional food
  • Ensure hygiene regulations, also ensuring food is stored appropriately.
  • This is a 30+ hour week, willing & able to work on a 7 day roster including weekends and public holidays
