We are looking for a range of positions and experience levels, and training will be given to all successful candidates.

CRITICAL SKILLS:

  • Excellent interpersonal/listening/communication skills;
  • Ability to inspire cooperation and teamwork through self-confidence, attitude, and enthusiasm;
  • Knowledge of operations and maintenance of commercial food preparation equipment;
  • Organized and systematic approach to work and the ability to prioritise efficiently; and
  • Attention to detail.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

Chef De Partie (CDP)

  • Minimum 3 years’ kitchen work experience in high-volume environments; supervisory roles preferred;
  • Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations and meticulous culinary skills; and
  • Ability to manage inventory and allocate responsibilities and resources;

Commis Chef

  • Minimum 2 years’ kitchen work experience in high-volume environments.
