The estimated base salary range for this role is “70,000-78,000” per year.

YOUR TRAINING EXPERIENCE:

  • This position is part of Armstrong’s ceiling technology training program
  • Your first 3-6 months begin at our Corporate Headquarters in Lancaster, PA learning about our engineering processes and key technologies used to make ceilings
  • Your next 4-6 months occur at one of our U.S. ceiling manufacturing facilities where you will increase your understanding of the company and ceiling technology
  • Upon completion of the development program, you will begin a full-time permanent assignment as a plant

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field
  • Must have completed Junior year prior to starting Summer 2025 internship
  • Unlimited authorization to work in the United States

  • Material substitutions (cost reduction) in both coatings and board formulations
  • Troubleshooting production problems
  • Establishing equipment Standard Operating Procedures
