Description:

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Quick learner, self-motivated, and able to work weekends as needed.
  • Strong focus on safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications :

  • Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in cleanroom or pharmaceutical settings.
  • Ability to handle hazardous chemicals (Chemical hazard certification preferred).

Process Knowledge :

  • Understand mixing flow and plant systems, including piping and water flow to BFS machine

Responsibilities:

Chemical & Process Management :

  • Minimize downtime and assist with BFS machine operations during manpower shortages.
  • Verify raw materials and maintain cleanliness in the mixing area.
  • Coordinate cleaning (CIP & steam cleaning) and document chemical weighing and tests.
  • Support RO water system regeneration.

Process Knowledge :

  • Understand mixing flow and plant systems, including piping and water flow to BFS machine.
