RETAIL PHARMACY MARKETING SPECIALIST

Full-time
Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 + super

Your principal duties and tasks will be to:
- Develop, promote and support the retail team in driving in-store profitability. This involves conducting market research and competitor analysis, taking guidance from head office and adopting positioning, analysing price points and suggesting points of differentiation such as customer complaints response management.
- Identifying best marketing methods to drive Beaumont Hills’ presence and strengthen brand visibility to boost customer recognition and make recommendations on customer service tactics for both internal and external customers.
- Advise head office and stakeholders on marketing best practices, educating the wider retail team on marketing and branding impact, through company trainings and marketing updates. This also involves acting as principal point of contact for store and wholesalers.
- Coordinate all aspects of in-store marketing including creating bespoke Chemist Warehouse Beaumont Hills promotional plans, setting a marketing budget, checking balances and reporting performance.
- Liaise and coordinate with head office on any creative artwork and collateral ensuring Chemist Warehouse and partner branding guidelines are met. This includes writing/approving copy and overseeing deliverables.
- Maintain workplace Occupational Health and Safety
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS OF CANDIDATE
- A minimum of relevant Bachelor qualification or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of marketing experience.
- Experience in fast-paced Pharmacy business setting will be preferred.
- Have excellent teamwork and strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Have Passion for marketing and a strong team player.
- Be a self-starter and highly motivated.
- The ability to build strong and effective relationships with all levels of staff.
- You have a motivated, proactive, and positive outlook with the willingness to learn and grow with the business.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
