Short Description: Looking for Cherwell Admin
Location : Sydney, Australia
Salary Range : AUD 96,836 – 105,068 (Annual Gross)

Responsibilities:

  1. Administer and maintain ITSM tool i.e. Cherwell
  2. Configure and customize ITSM workflows, forms, fields, and notifications to align with organizational requirements.
  3. Manage user access permissions, roles, and groups within the ITSM tool, ensuring appropriate access levels and security.
  4. Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve tickets related to Cherwell tool functionality.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document ITSM processes, policies, and procedures.
  6. Perform regular audits and health checks of ITSM configurations and data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  7. Monitor system performance and utilization, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency
  8. Coordinate software updates, patches, and upgrades for Cherwell, following change management processes.
  9. Develop and maintain integrations between Cherwell and other systems or applications
