REQUIREMENTS

  • A High School diploma; college degree is a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience in restaurant supervision or management; fast casual restaurant experience is ideal
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Clear and professional demeanor
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize with efficiency
  • Initiative, drive, and a self-starting work ethic
  • Detail oriented, efficient, and organized
  • Strong guest service and hospitality skills
  • Experience with POS systems, Compeat accounting platform preferred
  • Experience ordering food and beverage
  • Passion for nutrition and active lifestyle a major plus

Responsibilities:

As the Assistant General Manager at Protein Bar & Kitchen, you are responsible for the daily operations at your store. The General Manager’s duties include ensuring effective restaurant operations, providing top quality food and beverages while maintaining strong cleanliness standards, building and training your team, reviewing financial information and ensuring guest satisfaction. The goal of Protein Bar & Kitchen is to identify and exceed objectives in driving sales, maintaining food and labor costs, developing your team, running a great restaurant and serving our customers.

  • Providing the highest possible level of hospitality, quality and value to the customer
  • Engaging customers and developing relationships, contacts, and networking
  • Training and development of management and staff
  • Maintaining a positive morale among the team members, providing direction, and delegating effectively
  • Foreseeing, identifying, and resolving any potential issues or problems throughout the shift
  • Hiring, supervision, development and termination of hourly employees
