Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Chief Administrative Officer (CSO) will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Community Medical Centers (CMC) and provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the administrative functions of CMC, including Human Resources, Communications, Development and Administrative teams. The CAO will support the organizations strategic initiatives while upholding CMCs mission and values of Equity, Kindness, Innovation, Excellence, Collaboration and Accountability. Work is varied, complex, and requires a high degree of discretion and independent judgment.

  • Overseeing compensation functions including base salary structure, compensation law compliance, job descriptions, job codes, equitable benchmarking and maintaining pay equity.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Eight (8) or more years of increasingly responsible healthcare leadership experience, with a proven track record in strategic planning, communications, development and human resources.
  • Ability to understand patient, consumer, and community needs.
  • Sound financial acumen through proven financial management experience
  • Proven strength in critical thinking as demonstrated in strategy development, business planning conflict management.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in one-to-one and group settings.
  • Proven record of selecting and developing high performance teams.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategies that led to improved systems and efficacy.
  • Lead organizational efficiency efforts and exhibit exemplary time management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills to understand and articulate diverse clients needs and objectives; set and manage expectations and deliver as promised on time and on budget.
  • An Advanced Degree in Business, Health Care Administration; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
