Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Chief AI Officer (CAIO) to lead and execute our client’s AI strategy. The CAIO will be responsible for driving AI innovation, managing internal AI-driven projects, and integrating AI solutions across business functions to achieve strategic goals. You will collaborate with the wider leadership team to align AI initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure responsible AI practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the organisation’s AI strategy.
• Lead AI-driven projects across various departments to enhance efficiency and innovation.
• Oversee AI research and development to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and data privacy regulations.
• Build and manage a high-performing AI team.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in AI strategy, implementation, and leadership.
• Strong background in machine learning, data science, or related fields.
• Ability to translate AI technology into business solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Language Requirements: Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
