CHIEF CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST (GRADE 4 12-MONTH FIXED-TERM PART-TIME POSITION)
- A suitably qualified experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist is sought for a 12-month fixed-term part-time position (0.4 to 0.6 EFT) as Chief Clinical Psychologist (Grade 4)

Are you a Senior Clinical Psychologist that has over eight years of clinical experience, with excellent interpersonal and therapeutic skills, strong organisational, supervisory and leadership skills, along with a passion for delivering high quality care for patients living with a mental illness? Are you wanting to expand and develop your clinical leadership skills and support our dedicated clinical psychology service? We are currently recruiting for a Chief Clinical Psychologist to be an active member of the allied health management team over the next twelve months.

The Melbourne Clinic (TMC) has a strong Psychology workforce of approximately 30 psychologists. The Chief Clinical Psychologist will report to the Director of Allied Health and the Allied Health Manager, and work alongside and with the Chief Neuropsychologist and other Heads of Department to achieve operational goals and maintain clinical integrity for psychology and the broader allied health workforce. They will oversee the identification, implementation, and evaluation of clinical psychology services to enhance clinical outcomes and ensure quality and compliance with legislative requirements and hospital accreditation standards. They will oversee professional supports to employed clinicians such as supervision, education, and relevant team meetings/professional development sessions as well coordinate student placements.
