To continue our already strong international growth we are seeking an experienced Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) with a proven track record to join our executive team. The CCO will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy and ensuring continued growth through leading our sales and marketing teams, optimizing our sales processes, and aligning our commercial activities with the company’s objectives.

Responsibilities
- As a member of the executive team, you are expected to take a proactive role in contributing to the overall success of the company both with respect to strategy development and execution
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing the commercial strategy in alignment with the company’s long-term objectives
- In line with our company values you will lead, mentor, and develop the sales and marketing teams across business units and regions
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster collaboration and partnership.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Experienced leader with a proven track record from leading and developing commercial teams
- A proven track record contributing to international growth through your contributions to sales and or marketing in previous roles
- Ability to define and implement sales and marketing processes ensuring scalability and quality in commercial processes.
- Deep understanding of the offshore energy and maritime sector, preferably with an existing relevant business network,
- International experience, preferably with a proven track record from collaborating with oil and gas companies and their supply chain,
- Excellent leadership and communication skills,
- Relevant Master’s degree and/or a strong proven track record from similar roles
- Fluent in English.
- Be willing and able to travel frequently
