As the Chief Commercial Officer at Quadsat, you will be the driving force behind our global sales and marketing efforts, spearheading growth across both commercial and defense markets.
Our game changing UAV-based technology enables customers to maximize network bandwidth potential and reliability. As the global market for satellites and ground stations is growing dramatically, these networks need Quadsat solutions for optimizing spectrum utilization. Quadsat is at an exciting milestone in our growth journey, as we expand our organization and product offerings and we are therefore looking to strengthen our executive leadership team with a dedicated CCO based at our headquarters in Odense, Denmark.
In this pivotal role, your leadership will be critical in steering our commercial strategy as we expand our footprint as a measurement solution provider also in the Defense segment. You will additionally collaborate closely with our CTO to solidify Quadsat’s strategic position as a leading payload sub-supplier to global drone manufacturers.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

We envision you as a pragmatic, people-focused leader with a deep understanding of both customer needs and team dynamics. Additionally:

  • You have global experience (minimum 8 years in leadership role)
  • You have experience in leadership for sales and marketing in a tech-oriented company (robotics, RF, antennas, SATCOM, or similar business)
  • You have proven success selling and building a commercial sales strategy for both software and hardware services.
  • You are multi-lingual and are fluent in Danish, English, and minimum 1 other foreign language is highly appreciated.
  • Any experience from sales to the satcom and/or defense industry is seen as an asset.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will be the strategic leader of our global sales and marketing activities across various marketing segments and regions.

Furthermore, on a day-to-day basis you can expect to have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead a global sales and marketing team consisting of 10-12 direct reports, ensuring alignment across various regions and markets.
  • Manage and oversee multiple market segments, adapting strategies to meet the unique needs of each sector.
  • Collaborate closely with the CTO and CFO to expand Quadsat’s payload delivery to drone manufacturers.
  • Take ownership of KPIs critical to achieving defined strategic targets for the years 2025 to 2027.
  • Manage Quadsat’s top three key customer accounts in collaboration with the company founders to strengthen and grow these relationships.
  • Oversee pricing strategies in partnership with the Quadsat pricing team, ensuring competitive pricing in the market.
  • Lead the development and execution of both commercial and defense market strategies, driving growth across both sectors.
  • Develop and implement partner strategy in collaboration with the partnership team to foster strategic alliances.
  • Focus on highlighting customer success stories, ensuring effective communication of the value and impact of Quadsat’s solutions.
  • Participate in weekly executive leadership meetings to contribute to the overall growth and development of the company.
