Description:
Hydrovolt is a battery recycling and raw material producer established in 2020. By pioneering battery recycling of EV - and industrial batteries, we create a circular solution for end-of-life batteries and eliminate the waste problem.
Hydrovolt is determined to grow the business and be a leading player in the surging battery recycling market. We are looking for a dynamic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to drive growth, enhance our commercial strategy and build strong partnerships as we scale our business. From ensuring seamless collection and logistics of used batteries to driving negotiations for off-take of our products, this role is crucial to Hydrovolt’s success. As CCO, you will report to our Chief Executive Officer and have a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and shape the future of the industry.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Developing and executing Hydrovolt’s commercial strategy.
Building and leading a high-performing commercial team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability and collaboration.
Building a robust business model through used batteries collection, logistics and off-take agreements, incl. developing margin management practices.
Developing and overseeing the customer portfolio. Identifying, negotiating, and cultivating strategic partnerships with key players in the battery ecosystem.
Identifying and prioritizing new market opportunities, expanding our reach both regionally and internationally.
Working closely with the technology, operations- and logistics teams to align the company’s offerings with evolving market demands and customer feedback.
Contributing to the overall development of the company.
