Kepler Communications is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our executive team. This pivotal role involves leading the development and execution of the company’s commercial strategy, sales growth, and ensure overall business success. The CCO will oversee and integrate the product, marketing, strategy, and business development functions to align with the company’s overarching objectives.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the CCO will collaborate closely with executive leadership to ensure that commercial efforts are strategically aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field;
  • 8+ years of experience in a senior commercial leadership role with a proven track record of driving sales growth and market expansion in satellite communication or similar technology field.
  • Strong experience in developing and executing successful commercial strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proven ability to drive innovation in a growing company.
  • Experience in the technology, communications, or related industries is a plus.
  • Experience in consulting, professional services, or relevant industry sectors.
  • Proven experience in marketing, mergers, acquisitions, and business development.
  • In-depth understanding of U.S. and international market dynamics.
