You’ve spent 7 years or more in a consulting or tech (maybe even “immersive”) environment, where you’ve acquired large projects, built a strong network, and led a team. As the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at inside360, you’ll take on a key role in driving the growth and success of our company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- You have many years of experience in acquiring large (six to seven figure) multi-year projects, ideally in a consulting environment or a technology company, where your ability to be a trusted advisor is at the forefront. As a result, it’s only natural that your clients love you.
- You put strong emphasis on maintaining an excellent long-term relationship with your clients, which already translated in you being the first person they talk to when new projects come along.
- You are digitally savvy and have a strong understanding of modern technologies, particularly in the realms of AI and virtual reality. You know the transformative potential these technologies hold, as well as their current limitations. You’ve actively explored tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and other AI-driven platforms, allowing you to grasp their practical applications in real-world scenarios.
- It is your strong desire to build and lead a team of consultants / sales people, who are able to effectively apply both innovative and proven approaches. And you would never ask your team to do something you’re not willing to do yourself.
- You understand how to work smart and use tools in the sales process to support you and your team in achieving maximum effectiveness and high work quality.
- You have the enviable ability not only to clearly present existing solutions and concepts, but also to vividly communicate completely new ideas and approaches.
- Of course, you switch easily between German and English while you are dreaming.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve Revenue Goals: You will be responsible for generating new revenue with mostly new customers, by yourself and via your team. And it really doesn’t matter how - leverage your personal network, use outbound strategies and tactics, expand on our existing partners or use whatever else works.
- Leadership and Development: You will be responsible for building and continuously developing our sales team to achieve outstanding results. It can be wild out there, so your ability to prioritize and keep yourself and your team structured will be determine your success.
- Market Development: You’ll most likely identify new use cases based on the needs of our existing and potential customers. And thanks to your business savvy and regular exchange with the team, we will build new custom solutions to solve the customer’s challenges.
- Client Development: We are in it for the long game. So ideally, you won’t just sell a product or one-off project. You will sell a vision that might be one, two or even three years away. And thanks to your compelling communication and the value for the customer, your clients will buy in to the vision and trust you to accompany them there.
- Digital Innovation: You understand the immense value of the right tools to improve quality, save time and make a lasting impression on the customer. Therefore using digital media and new technologies to optimize our sales processes comes naturally to you.
- Partner Management: Ideally, You will manage our existing partnerships (e.g. Meta and Schenker Technologies) and expand the network with additional influential individuals and organizations to strengthen and grow our business opportunities.
- Collaboration with Project, Product Management, and Technical Teams: Building custom solutions is a collaborative effort. You will work closely with Project Management, Product Management, and our technical teams to ensure that our clients’ requirements are fully met, and wherever possible, exceeded.
- Co-development of Corporate Strategy: In your role, you will have a significant impact on the success of inside360 and will work together with the other executives to shape the vision and strategy of the company.
