Description:
Job Title: Chief CRO Strategist ("CRO Tsar")
Location: Dubai, UAE
Company: Prepaire Labs & GenetiQ
Reports To: CEO & Senior Leadership Team
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field (Master’s/PhD preferred).
Experience: 10+ years in clinical research, including 5+ years in senior leadership within a CRO or sponsor environment.
Certifications: CCRP, PMP, or equivalent (preferred).
SKILLS:
- Expertise in FDA/ICH-GCP regulations and global trial management.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
- Proficiency in CTMS, EDC, and data analytics tools.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
