QUALIFICATIONS

• PhD in computational sciences or life sciences, bachelors in data science, bioinformatics, computer science, or a related field;
• 5 years experience as Chief Data Officer or Chief Digital Officer in an AI-driven techbio company, leading computational theoretical chemistry, computational medicinal chemistry, computational biology, bioinformatics, and digital biology
• 15 years of hands-on experience as an expert in building computational science platforms and enabling digital infrastructure
• Demonstrated experience in leading the following functions: AI research, machine learning, software engineering, data engineering, IT, and lab automation
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and teams where you do not have direct authority (AI research, machine learning, biology, medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, pre-clinical sciences, and clinical development)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable business strategies
