REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute an enterprise-wide data strategy aligned with our business objectives
  • Build and lead a high-performing Office of Data, fostering a data-driven culture across the organization
  • Drive the modernization of data infrastructure and governance frameworks
  • Partner with C-suite executives to leverage data as a strategic asset for decision-making
  • Champion data innovation initiatives, including AI/ML implementation and advanced analytics
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and robust data security measures

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 15+ years of progressive data leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role within financial services
  • Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise data organizations
  • Strong strategic vision combined with practical implementation experience
  • Experience leading large-scale data transformation initiatives
  • Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their application in financial services
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Analytics, Business Administration)
