JOB DESCRIPTION:

The oversight requires you to architect and engineer the instrumentation and data acquisition systems engineering standardized executable architecture framework lifecycle defined in DoDAF tasks force and NAF task force. There will be numbers of specifications to be implemented : Areas to cover will include-security views, threat risk analysis, human systems integration (HSI), strategic operational services, taxonomy, structure & connectivity, behavior, how to manage information, parameters, roadmap, traceability, usage views, monetizing, trade studies, identifying business needs, functional views, disruption identifying cognitive services, implementation view, analytics and edge architecture, cyber security analysis, dynamic simulations/execution to verify behavior (state, activity levels, messaging sequences, computational analysis, parametric analysis, and architecture optimization). This will be the catalyst that will drive the entire infrastructure, integration of finite number of constituents systems which are independent and operatable and network together. You will be taking systems that may not or may exist already and try to merge them together in order to achieve our higher level goals and improve that. Building up that view so that we can manage and develop this systems of systems. The infrastructure will be established prior to success dependent on the applications of solid engineering and model based systems engineering (MBSE) that enables the engineers to manage the interfaces, allocation of behaviors, evolution of the technology, and system security. METHODS TO FOLLOW– Develop a complex systems of systems architecture and how they evolved: Areas to cover will include- The System Modeling language supports systems engineers, systems requirements, structure, and the behavior throughout the system lifecycle. Operational independence from geographical distribution which interacts with emergent behavior, a large geographic spread directed and manage subsystem to fulfill a specific purpose. Any changes in the interfaces are based on cooperative agreements will undergo a formal approval, review and voted by representatives for Security impact analysis, THE C.A.B (CHANGE APPROVAL BOARD). There will be no central management authority or visible mechanism maintaining it. Component systems interact to fulfill central purposes. Systems of systems will be operational independence. Its geographic limits will be composed of unique elements of existing systems and their own evolutionary lifecycle. Military systems have their own unique characteristics, each of these have their own evolutionary lifecycle. This systems translates capability objectives, monitoring and assessing changes, understanding systems and relationships, developing and evolving systems of systems architecture, assessing performance, addressing requirements and orchestrating upgrades to systems of systems in real time. This number of components may change, the data Acquisition might evolve over time. An Additional value will drive new requirements and new features-From the edge where command & controls are effective by current conditions all way to the edge data centre where data analytics are performed for example; predictive maintenance, and continuous process improvement. We are a startup enhancing the formation of early stages of a product development project. The oversight gives you the opportunity to become the big bird eye view of the organization regulatory engineering division foundation building-blocks (Across a fabric of scalability best practices on the many of most exciting engineering projects and technologies). You will micromanage the Divisional chiefs engineers along side the cross functional engineering teams.

QUALIFICATION, REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLSET:

  • PHD in systems engineering, Systems Architect, MBSE SPECIALIST, Digital Engineering, MEng Mechanical Engineering degree is essential.
  • 20yrs + years experience managing complex engineering projects and risk management and cross functional teams
  • Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) is essential.
  • Certified Authorization Professional (CAP)
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
  • Its prerequisite to be certified one of the listed DoD 8570 Certifications.
