Responsibilities:
- Administrative and operational management of our technical department
- Monitoring the perfect condition of all operating equipment and compliance with accident prevention regulations
- Coordination and awarding of repair orders to partner companies
- Budget monitoring and cost control for your area
- Project management of possible conversion or renovation measures within the hotel
- Contact person for safety and partner companies such as the fire department, public utilities, suppliers and building owners
- Checking the target and actual status of all maintenance contracts in compliance with building, restaurant and fire department guidelines
- Ensuring and monitoring HACCP and occupational health and safety guideline
