COMPENSATION RANGE: $80,000 - $90,000 USD.

Mint Houses’ compensation philosophy is driven by our company value of fostering inclusivity. To best ensure pay equity, we typically bring in fresh mints near the middle of our listed compensation bands and lead with the best overall compensation package (i.e. all people hired at the same experience & level are brought in at the same salary, equity, and benefits). We are looking for a Chief Engineer who is both operation- and solution-focused to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our brand new building, including all guest rooms, spaces, and amenities. This individual will proactively manage day-to-day operations while quickly resolving any guest issues at our exciting new full-building property in Washington DC. The ideal candidate enjoys being hands-on and fostering a service-oriented culture to serve our guests and support each other.
