Description:

The Rural Office of Community Services (ROCS), a private non-profit agency serving South-Central and South-Eastern South Dakota since 1981, is looking for a dynamic Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization. At ROCS, we are committed to providing low-income individuals and families with the opportunities and support they need to build a better future. As our CEO, you will be at the helm of this mission, working closely with the Board of Directors and key staff to ensure our programs are effective, efficient, and impactful.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education & Experience: Degree in Administration, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in non-profit management is preferred.
- Skills: Strong financial management, grant writing, and public relations skills. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups and maintain confidentiality.
- Requirements: Valid South Dakota Driver’s License and the ability to be bonded.
