QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior CEO experience in VC-backed organizations with a deep understanding of a startup lifecycle;
  • Track record of working in the software and gaming or in the semiconductor industries;
  • Sales driven candidates, with proved accomplishments in scaling organizations from zero to tens of millions in revenue;
  • Experience in transforming companies from technology to product;
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, finance and performance management principles and familiarity with various business functions such as marketing, sales, finance, HR, etc.;
  • Ability to train, develop and manage executive teams;
  • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills;
  • Inspiring leadership skills, entrepreneurial energy, hands-on pro-activeness, and efficient multi-tasking;

Procero est à la recherche d’un cadre expérimenté dans le domaine de la technologie pour mener à bien les prochaines étapes de sa croissance. En tant que président-directeur général de Procero, vous serez responsable de l’ensemble des opérations de l’entreprise, de la génération de revenus, de la coordination et du développement de l’équipe de direction, des relations avec les investisseurs et de la collecte de fonds, et plus important encore, de la mise à l’échelle d’une organisation de haut niveau.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Expérience préalable en tant que président-directeur général dans des organisations soutenues par le capital-risque, avec une compréhension approfondie du cycle de vie d’une startup ;
  • Expérience de travail dans le secteur du graphisme de haute performance ou des semi-conducteurs ;
  • Candidats motivés par la vente, avec des réalisations prouvées dans l’évolution d’organisations de zéro à des dizaines de millions de revenus ;
  • Expérience dans la transformation d’entreprises de la technologie au produit ;
  • Connaissance approfondie des principes de gouvernance d’entreprise, de finance et de gestion des performances et familiarité avec les différentes fonctions de l’entreprise telles que le marketing, les ventes, la finance, les ressources humaines, etc ;

Responsibilities:

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Procero is looking for a seasoned tech-savvy executive to lead the next steps of its growth. As the Chief Executive Officer of Procero, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the business, revenue generation, coordination and development of the executive team, investor relationships and fundraising, and more importantly the scaling of a high caliber organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Set and develop the company strategy ensuring its alignment with short-term and long-term objectives;
  • Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission;
  • Manage revenue, expenses and external financing to maintain the consistent growth of the business;
  • Lead, motivate and manage the executive team;
  • Interface with the board and/or investors, communicating effectively with all stakeholders;
  • Maintain a positive and ethical work climate, conducive to attracting, retaining and motivating a diverse group of top-quality employees at all levels;
  • Establish and maintain the corporate culture.
