Description:
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer, with an entrepreneurial background, with neuroscience & neural linguistic programming experience to lead our Australian start up. The CEO will oversee all aspects of the business, providing strategic direction, driving operational excellence, providing strong intellectual property, fostering strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. The CEO must be prepared to personally roll up their sleeves to achieve their revenue sales targets. It is preferable that the CEO can demonstrate a track record of building at least one advisory business successfully from inception and achieving national & international profitable growth.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
To meet the requirements for this position, you must possess:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a CEO of management consulting of business coaching company
- Proven experience in developing start ups and scaling business operations
- Expertise in HR, high level finance, marketing, sales, neuroscience and operational systems
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business development, and operational leadership
- Experience managing budgets and driving profitability
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
- Strong public speaking and training delivery skills
- Proven ability to lead and inspire our clients teams to achieve exceptional results
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:
- Review the Australian advisory market to identify underserved & uncontested fields of play to create a strategic sales plan & personally implement the plan to achieve revenue targets
- To build new material in alignment with the core neuroscience based solutions required for the business to leaders in our chosen markets
- Develop and implement the company’s strategic goals and objectives
- Drive business growth through client acquisition, partnerships, and market expansion
- Oversee financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainability
- Represent the company at key industry events and maintain a strong corporate presence
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements
