Xclu6if Homes and Properties Limited is a real estate company with a special focus on property development and Land sale across all our estates in the southwest. We also offer large expanse of land in acres and hectres to individuals and corporate bodies.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
DESCRIPTION
- Prospecting- Identifying potential clients and properties for sale through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Client Consultation- Meeting with clients to understand their needs and preferences in terms of property type, location, budget, etc.
- Property Presentations- Showcasing properties to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and investment potential.
- Customer Service- Providing ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
- Relationship Building- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients, real estate developers, financial institutions, and other stakeholders in the industry.
- Negotiation- Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually agreeable terms and conditions.
- Documentation- Assisting clients with necessary paperwork, contracts, and legal requirements related to property transactions.
- Market Research- Keeping up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
- Sales Strategy- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Feedback and Reporting-
- Gathering feedback from clients and reporting on sales activities, market conditions, and challenges to management.
