Description:
Associated Radiologists LLP has existed in Saskatoon, SK since 1946, expanding its medical imaging operation into Prince Albert in 1995. The group comprises 21 radiologists, 2 nuclear medicine specialists, and technical and administrative staff who provide high-quality care to patients from clinics in Saskatoon and Prince Albert and affiliated hospitals. Associated Radiologists LLP offers a broad range of specialized diagnostic medical imaging services. As a result of retirement, the busy and growing practice is seeking a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the operational and growth objectives of the organization.
As the Chief Executive Officer, you report directly to the Executive Committee (2-4 Partners designated from the Partner Group) and provide leadership and oversight to operations and administration. You sit on the Executive Committee and play a key role in collaborating and leading the Partner Group to develop and implement the strategic plan and vision. As an experienced and diversified business professional, you use your expertise to ensure Associated Radiologists apply the best operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in a dynamic and changing patient-centred environment.
Drawing upon your leadership experience and collaborative approach, you build a unified team and lead employees to buy into the organization’s vision to be the premiere radiology service provider in Saskatchewan, the strategic plan, a patient-centred philosophy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality imaging services. With superior communication, change management, and problem-solving skills, you build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advocate for the practice and ensure business sustainability. You are critical to building a values-driven organizational culture to meet the growing demands for radiology services across the province.
A post-secondary degree with 10+ years of progressive leadership and business experience, including knowledge and experience working with ideally, medical professional services organizations, you bring strength in human resources, technology, facilities, finance, and business development.
